about the job
An exciting 2-month contract for an Event Guest Relations Specialist offering up to S$/2,500 monthly.
- Coordinate VIP invitations and conduct daily outreach via direct channels to secure executive attendance.
- Engage with lunch sponsors and cross-functional teams to align event execution and production.
- Maintain reserve attendee rosters to ensure maximum seat utilization and a premium event experience.
- Deliver clear and timely updates to internal and external partners before, during, and after events.
- Manage event logistics including audio-visual, staging, briefing materials, and venue arrangements.

- Prior experience in event management, hospitality, or corporate client-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse executive stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational capabilities with high attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in standard office productivity software including document and spreadsheet tools.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities paired with a results-oriented approach to team objectives.
