Key Responsibilities:
- Execute equipment installation, commissioning, and buy-off activities for automated test handlers directly at customer cleanroom facilities.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical issues on semiconductor test handling equipment to maintain maximum uptime.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, calibration, and engineering upgrades in strict compliance with cleanroom protocols and safety standards.
- Conduct specialized technical training for customer engineering and operations personnel across all experience levels.
- Cultivate and preserve strong, professional relationships with customer engineering teams through proactive communication and technical support.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma or Higher NITEC / ITE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering
- Hands-on technical or equipment service experience within a semiconductor manufacturing or cleanroom environment
- Training provided for candidate with no experience
- Possess vehicle will be entitled to car allowance, if not it will be on a reimbursement basis
- Prior technical background or working knowledge of semiconductor automated test handlers is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems and work self-sufficiently with minimal guidance
