about the job
As the key finance leader, you will be leading a small team with responsibility over the full spectrum of corporate and fund level finance controllership including financial and management reporting, fund reporting & treasury, compliance and tax support. You are comfortable being hands-on given a lean team and will be the point of contact with the audit and tax agents. You will drive continuous improvements to business processes, controls and policies.
skills and experience required
You should ideally be degree qualified with at least 15 years of finance controllership experience within the real estate sector. Proficiency with Yardi is highly advantageous. A seasoned people leader, you are steadfast and confident liaising with the senior management and business partners.
