about the Role

As a key member of the finance team, you will be instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations. This includes diligently managing journal entries, performing accurate account reconciliations, and ensuring efficient fixed asset management. You will be responsible for meticulously monitoring and reviewing financial transactions, upholding proper documentation and approval processes, and maintaining thorough record-keeping. A core responsibility will be the preparation and meticulous review of financial statements, guaranteeing their accuracy and strict compliance with GAAP and local regulations. You will also play a crucial role in coordinating with external auditors during annual audits, ensuring the timely delivery of all required documents. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a prerequisite, with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or an equivalent professional qualification being highly preferred. Proficiency in various accounting software such as Xero, SAP, or QuickBooks, coupled with strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a robust knowledge of GAAP, local accounting standards, and local tax regulations. Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills are crucial for seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
