about the job
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for handling the consolidation and monthly reporting for the regional entities which include subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associates across Asia Pacific countries. You will collaborate with finance and asset management teams to gather financial data for group consolidation, budget, and forecast preparation. The position also involves managing the entity's cash flow, working with banks on project financing, and overseeing internal and external audits. Additionally, you will review tax submissions and key legal agreements like Joint Venture and Sale & Purchase Agreements.
Skills and experience required
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field with professional accreditation
- Relevant years of experience in complex group consolidation involving intercompany transactions
- The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, be analytical, proactive, and independent, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Cognos software is a plus
