This role is responsible for the integrity and strategic direction of the company’s financial reporting across multiple international entities (Singapore, Vietnam, Japan). Key duties include leading the full-cycle month-end and year-end closing processes, preparing robust management accounts and variance analyses, and ensuring compliance with local and group (IFRS) accounting standards. Furthermore, the role acts as a strategic business partner by managing FP&A activities—such as budgeting and forecasting—while driving operational efficiency through continuous improvement of internal controls and the implementation of financial systems.
skills and experience required
You should ideally have a degree or equivalent in Finance and/or Accounting with at least 5 years of full sets experience. CA/ACCA/CPA is highly advantageous. You should have strong technical skills, and be someone who is adaptable and resourceful. If you have system implementation experience, that would be helpful. You do not need to have led a team before. Office is along the Circle line and is on 4 days work in office, 1 day work from home.
