- Oversee and streamline critical payment operations for trade and non-trade transactions.
- Spearhead process improvements and finance enhancement projects to boost operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate bank reconciliations and manage the comprehensive credit control process.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering high-quality output and professional growth.
- Manage timely statutory submissions, including yearly e-commission to IRAS and quarterly GST returns.
Skills and experience required
- Proven experience in Finance Operations is essential.
- A track record of successful finance transformation or enhancement initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership skills or a strong readiness to step into a team leadership role.
- Ideally, prior experience within the insurance industry.
