about the role
This role is all about driving financial performance and strategic support across various business units. You'll be a key player in business analysis, overseeing credit management, and preparing essential management reports that cover everything from planning and forecasting to detailed cost center and transfer price analysis. Beyond the numbers, you'll act as a business partner for Corporate Research and the GROW Innovation Hub, managing budgets, advising on cost allocation, and even building financial models. Plus, you'll be instrumental in supporting our ASEAN regional operations and working closely with project managers to keep costs in check.
skills and experience required
You should possess a finance or accounting degree. You should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A. You should have an analytical mindset and be good in stakeholder management
