he Finance Operations function across all assigned F&B entities, events businesses, and management service entities. This role primarily focuses on driving ground-level operational excellence, ensuring smooth month-end and year-end closing processes, and maintaining strict alignment with the Group's financial policies and governance frameworks. A critical mandate of this position is providing end-to-end business expansion support, where you will take absolute ownership of the full finance setup for new concepts and outlet openings from the ground up. Key responsibilities include monitoring outlet financial performance metrics such as revenue, gross margins, labor costs, and food costs and partnering closely with operational stakeholders to strengthen financial discipline. Additionally, the role demands a transformation mindset to support ERP, POS, and finance system enhancements, alongside developing scalable workflows and standardized controls to facilitate future overseas and regional business expansion. The ideal candidate must be a firm change agent who brings strong stakeholder management skills and a natural ability to drive performance accountability across complex operational environments.
skills and experience required.
A recognized degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline, with a CA, CPA, or ACCA qualification highly preferred. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 12 years of total finance experience, with at least 5 years operating in a distinct leadership or finance controllership capacity specifically within the F&B or hospitality industries is essential.
