about the job
Reporting to the Regional President, you will be the key finance leader to manage the full spectrum of finance controllership for the APAC market. Supported by in-country outsourced accounting service providers whilst being hands on with Singapore accounts, you will be responsible for ensuring timely month end closing and financial reporting according to corporate and statutory requirements. Being a key finance business partner, you will also drive budgeting, forecasting, analysis and management reporting activities to provide qualitative insights to business performance. As they continue to drive process improvements, you will take the lead in implementation of Microsoft Dynamics in 2026.
skills and experience required
You should ideally possess a degree in accounting and CA, with at least 10 years of finance controlling experience, preferably within the medical devices industry. You are comfortable working as an individual contributor and being hands-on with transactional finance work whilst taking a macro level business partnering role.
