The role involves overseeing the general ledger and monthly close across all related entities, creating consolidated profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements with inter-entity eliminations and foreign exchange translations, and maintaining a documented close calendar alongside corporate accounting policies. Additionally, the role entails managing the internal control framework and standard operating procedures to preserve segregation of duties independent of the treasury function, conducting separate bank, custodian, trade, broker, and capital-call reconciliations, and acting as an independent checker to verify that payments correspond perfectly to authorized invoices before release. Further duties include validating investment valuations and ownership marks for illiquid or direct holdings, handling corporate tax filings, goods and services tax, and withholding tax obligations, maintaining regulatory compliance documentation for specific local tax incentives, and collaborating on trust architectures with legal advisers while managing relationships with external fund administrators.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy and must have at least eight years of professional experience within a finance and accounting function at a family office, external asset management firm, or a fund administrator. The position requires proven experience in multi-entity and multi-jurisdictional financial consolidation, direct familiarity with regional tax structures and investment incentive compliance frameworks, and be comfortable working with offshore configurations and trust networks.
