About the Role
They are seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly organized FP&A Manager to join their dynamic Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing financial support to the and ensuring they meet the business demand for commercial analysis, performance management, and sales operations-related finance activities. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with business stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and alignment of financial data with business operations. You will also conduct detailed financial analysis of the business, evaluating transactional data, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of Revenue and Cost of Sales during the month-end close. You will be preparing insightful month-end reports to communicate business performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive remediation efforts. Additionally, you will review business cases and provide valuable financial input, develop and propose commission schemes for sales roles, and check and review quarterly commission payouts. You will also be maintaining and updating the business model for forecasting and budgeting, developing forecasts and budgets based on key assumptions and facilitating review sessions with business leaders, and reviewing financial terms in tender documents. You will also be assisting the Finance Director with ad-hoc projects.
Skills and Experience Needed
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accountancy or Finance with significant experience in FP&A and financial modeling. Advanced Excel skills, strong financial modeling capabilities, and proficiency in handling large datasets are essential. You should also possess strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, be a collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a proven ability to communicate effectively and partner with Business teams. Comfort interacting with senior management is also important.
