About the Job

Reporting to the Finance Director, the FP&A Manager will primarily focus on financial planning and business partnering, making up 80% of their role, with the remaining 20% dedicated to special projects and ad-hoc tasks. This position involves comprehensive financial analysis for a hotel portfolio, including a deep dive into budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reports. Key responsibilities include reviewing operator-submitted budgets, analyzing monthly financial reports to identify risks and opportunities, and conducting scenario analyses to support strategic decisions. The role demands strong analytical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with hotel operators and internal stakeholders, ensuring financial accuracy and supporting asset managers in contract negotiations and performance evaluations. The ideal candidate for this role is a strong communicator who can clearly articulate their views and thought processes. They must also possess excellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence various parties.

Skills and Experience Required

A recognised degree in Accounting, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification, along with at least 10 years of relevant experience from the hospitality sector. We also welcome applications from Finance Managers with strong finance operations experience who are looking to transition into an FP&A role.
