about the job
- assist the Project Manager in executing daily production activities, including rig movements, manpower allocation, and material coordination.
- ensure proper maintenance of equipment through regular inspections and prompt response to breakdowns.
- monitor site operations for QA/QC compliance and report non-conformities.
- support site safety initiatives, including working platform safety and implementation of global HSEQ programs.
- provide coaching and performance feedback to direct reports, fostering team development.
knowledge and skills
- diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 6 years of relevant project management experience,
- experienced in Deep Soil Mixing or related ground improvement techniques.
- valid and relevant safety certifications.
