About the Job
Reporting into the Chief Executive Officer, the role will lead an established HR team of 30 globally and lead end-to-end global human resources strategy and business partnering. In addition, you will:
- Partner directly with C-Suites and Executive Leadership Team to lead high-impact strategic HR initiatives, implement comprehensive workforce planning, drive employee engagement and people culture
- Oversee global HR functions including talent acquisition, business partnering, organisational development, total rewards, employee engagement and performance frameworks
- Execute structured change management processes to enhance organisational governance, workforce expansion, HR due diligence, greenfield projects and incentive programs
- Direct multi-regional HR business partnering teams across key growth markets to align workforce operations with revenue objectives
- Engage closely with cross-border senior stakeholders to lead business transformation and optimise internal workflows
Skills and Experience Required
- 15 years' experience in Human Resources; 10 years experience within a HR leadership capacity with strong expertise within strategic HR Business Partnering, Organisation Transformation, Compensation and Rewards
- Proven track record as a HR leader within the financial technology, CFD or financial trading industry is essential
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with strong experience partnering with C-Suites and Country Leaders as a HR Advisor and Business Partner
- Extensive experience managing regional HR teams and supporting large-scale global workforce across APAC, EMEA and / or U.S. markets
- Demonstrated expertise in managing organisational transformation, governance enhancement, and total rewards structures in high-growth firms; familiar with greenfield set-ups
- Exceptional strategic planning capability combined with a hands-on approach to operational detail and execution
