Our client, a well-established and leading MNC in the industrial space, is currently looking for a Group Finance Manager to be a pivotal, hands-on member of its finance team, taking ownership of critical financial functions to support dynamic business expansion. In this key role, you'll be instrumental in steering the financial health and reporting accuracy for a multi-entity structure, playing a central part in driving process standardization, systems implementation, and strategic decision-making. This person will bring along strong technical expertise to deliver comprehensive financial and tax reporting, insightful management analysis, and lead essential systems projects.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will manage HQ Group Reporting, which involves performing annual group consolidation and supporting the design of a new group reporting pack. A core part of your role is Management Reporting, including reviewing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing for group entities, preparing detailed monthly management reports, and providing key insights into financial performance, trends, and variances to support strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Furthermore, you will prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and support the preparation of board papers and financial presentations. You will also partner with external tax consultants to llead Tax Reporting & Compliance, overseeing the review of corporate income tax computation accuracy, leading the preparation of annual Country-by-Country Reporting and BEPS Pillar 2 submissions, and reviewing transfer pricing documentation. Crucially, you will lead Systems & Projects, particularly the implementation of group consolidation reporting software (SAP S/4 Hana), driving process standardization and automation. Finally, you will coordinate with auditors, ensure strict compliance with SFRS and IFRS, manage Singapore tax regulations (GST, corporate tax, TP), file required statistical returns, and implement robust Internal Controls to drive continuous process improvement.
Skills and experience required
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field with professional accreditation
- Relevant years of experience in audit and/or commercial sectors.
- Proven experience in head office group reporting and management reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
