As part of their business expansion they are looking for a Head of Growth to drive global user acquisition, performance marketing, and digital infrastructure at scale.
This senior leadership role will be instrumental in growing our customer base, optimizing digital funnels, and unlocking lifetime value across high-volume trading environments and regulated financial markets.
About the role
Reporting to the Global Marketing Head, your key responsibilities would includes
... - Own and execute a high-performance digital growth strategy focused on full-funnel acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
- Build and scale high-volume lead generation funnels tailored to retail trading and financial services.
- Lead digital campaigns across paid media, SEO/SEM, affiliate, and CRM, using a test-and-learn approach to drive ROI and CAC efficiency.
- Design and manage a modern martech stack (such as Braze, Hubspot etc ) that enables smart personalization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional digital teams (performance, analytics, CRM, and automation) across multiple regions and time zones.
- Partner with product, data, compliance, and commercial teams to align digital strategies with user behavior, regulatory needs, and revenue targets.
- Oversee market launches and digital expansion efforts into new geographies, tailoring strategies to local user behavior, platforms, and compliance frameworks.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and funnel metrics with a relentless focus on measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in digital growth leadership roles with high-volume, performance-driven funnels, ideally in fintech, online trading, or other regulated digital environments
- Strong track record of expanding digital presence and performance across diverse international markets.
- Demonstrated leadership in scaling teams, owning revenue and marketing budgets, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
