My client is a fast-growing, globally trusted multi-asset broker with a presence in over 100 countries and they have evolved into a comprehensive platform offering a full suite of trading solutions across various asset classes.
As part of their business expansion they are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Content to lead their global content efforts and shape their brand's voice in the marketplace.
About the role
Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities would includes
- Develop and oversee a cohesive, global content strategy that defines our brand voice, messaging, and editorial guidelines across all platforms and markets.
- You will be a key leader, working closely with senior management, product teams, and marketing to ensure their content is not only accurate and compliant but also compelling and innovative
- Work with internal subject matter experts and senior traders to distill complex financial concepts into accessible, insightful, and high-impact thought leadership content.
- Use data and analytics to measure content performance, audience engagement, and ROI, and leverage these insights to optimize content strategy and improve effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in content creation, digital communication, and the fintech landscape to drive continuous improvement and maintain our position as a market leader.
- Partner with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure all content supports business goals, is aligned with product updates, and adheres to regulatory requirements.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in a senior content leadership role, preferably within the financial services, fintech, or a related highly technical industry with global experience.
- Ability to work well in a start-up , agile , fast evolving environment and the ability to respond to changes aligned with the nature of the industry
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing data-driven content strategies that deliver measurable results.
