The Head of IT Strategy & Enterprise Platforms is an experienced, solution-driven leader responsible for shaping and driving the IT strategy and roadmap. This role is critical for executing our Digital Transformation agenda by owning, integrating, and modernizing the entire portfolio of enterprise applications. The leader will ensure technical platforms, security, and service delivery align with operational needs, foster cross-functional collaboration, and manage the complexity of global application landscapes.

- Shape and drive the long-term IT strategy and DX roadmap, translating business objectives into executable technology plans.
- Own and maintain the strategic roadmap for all enterprise applications, leading modernization and rationalization efforts.
- Direct the strategy and execution for core Financial ERP systems, including the critical review and potential transition from existing systems to SAP or D365.
- Oversee and optimize the primary application platforms, including CRM (Salesforce) and the core Ticketing System.
- Lead all technical integration initiatives, utilizing API and Middleware solutions to ensure seamless data flow between critical platforms (ERP, CRM, Liner systems, etc.).
- Champion digital efficiency by implementing and managing low-code Workflow solutions, primarily leveraging the Power Platform.
- Ensure robust architecture across the ERP, Database, and SaaS solutions, maintaining high standards for network, application, web server structure, and security.
- Maintain strong familiarity with the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and govern the deployment and management of Cloud and SaaS solutions.
- Drive the implementation of best practices based on the ITIL framework across all technology services.
- Lead the critical transition of the Service Desk functions (including potential relocation from India to Singapore) and ensure adherence to Service Desk KPI standards.
- Manage key vendor relationships, including external software partners and internal service providers. Conduct formal Monthly Business Reviews focused on vendor performance, service quality, and adherence to agreed-upon KPIs.
- Act as a central figure in the DX and change management process, ensuring high user adoption and successful implementation of new systems.
skills and experience required
Proven experience in a strategic IT leadership role, driving strategy and transformation within a complex enterprise environment.
Deep expertise in managing major enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Middleware).
In-depth knowledge and proven application of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills; must be a highly collaborative, solution-driven candidate
