Provide expert legal advice on a broad range of matters including product development, operations, and market expansion.
Interpret and advise on complex and evolving global regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, partnerships, and transactional documents.
Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across the organization.
Collaborate closely with business, product, and compliance teams to embed legal best practices and ensure regulatory adherence.

skills and experience required

Qualified lawyer with minimum 8 years of legal experience in a leading law firm or in an in-house role with a financial institution; individuals with direct crypto or fintech/ start-up experience will be highly advantageous
Demonstrated knowledge of digital asset ecosystem, blockchain technology, and relevant global financial regulations
Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
