My client is a fast-growing, globally trusted multi-asset broker with a presence in over 100 countries and they have evolved into a comprehensive platform offering a full suite of trading solutions across various asset classes.
As part of their business expansion they are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Marketing Campaigns where you will develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that drives business growth and brand consistency across all channels.
About the role
Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities would includes
- Develop and execute a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy that supports product launches, promotional calendars, and key growth objectives.
- Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial concept and development to execution and post-launch analysis. Ensure campaigns are optimized for effectiveness and impact.
- Serve as the central point of contact for marketing initiatives, working closely with product, CRM, content, paid media, and community teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Work within the constraints of a regulated industry, ensuring all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to compliance workflows and legal requirements.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance, generate insights, and inform future marketing strategies
Skills and experience
- At least 10 years of marketing experience, including in a senior, cross-functional leadership position and ideally had experience leading a start-up through its growth phase, demonstrating an understanding of agile business practices
- With industry background in proven experience in financial services, trading, fintech, or others fast-paced digital business is essential.
