key responsibilities
- Define and execute a holistic marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
- Lead integrated marketing initiatives to support product rollouts, seasonal campaigns, and brand milestones.
- Champion brand consistency across all touchpoints, including visual communications, packaging, and customer experiences.
- Oversee the development of marketing assets that reflect the brand’s identity and tone.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel efforts across digital, print, events, and partner activations.
- Leverage data to monitor campaign performance and refine future marketing initiatives.
- Drive innovation through digital and customer engagement platforms such as loyalty programs, CRM, and online commerce.
- Oversee content development for digital platforms, ensuring strong storytelling and audience relevance.
- Oversee budget planning and ensure effective resource allocation and ROI measurement.
- Lead and grow a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
qualifications and experience:
- Marketing experience in QSR brands is a basic requirement.
- Minimum 8 of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role for a QSR brand.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven success in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies in the F&B industry.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment.
