In this position as a Head of Operation for the Employee Benefits team, you will be expected to manage and oversee the operation team and work alongside with the new business and renewal team to ensure retention and consistent communication and quality.
The ideal incumbent needs to be familiar with operation and relevant knowledge working with other departments such as Claims, Policy Administration, Credit Control and TPA Management. Successful candidate should be familiar with standard and ability to align the operations strategy to support employee benefits model and strategic plan. You will be expected to promote a strong compliance culture and conduct within operations and actively reviewing and work on improving key performance indices, procedures, processes to ensure agreed SLA are met as well as complied with relevant regulations/ policies.
skills & experience required
- 10+ years of experience in group insurance / employee benefits operation
- Familiar with working across different division and promote strong partnership with internal and external stakeholder
- Proven track record and ability to manage process in operation team
- Demonstrate ability to communicate and interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and lead team members to work together
- Involvement in projects management such as system enhancement, process improvement
