I am representing a leading global crypto trading platform serving tens of millions of users across 170+ countries, known for its deep liquidity and one of the industry’s widest selections of digital assets.
As part of their business expansion, they are looking for a Head of Business Growth & Operations to build scalable processes, improve cross‑functional efficiency, and support multiple business lines and regions.
The ideal candidate should have strong cross‑functional collaboration, process design, data‑driven management, and supporting multi‑region or multi‑product operations.
About the role
- Develop and execute global growth strategies to increase user acquisition, activation, retention, and trading volume across all regions.
- Identify high‑impact opportunities across spot derivatives, staking, payments, and emerging product lines.
- Act as the global coordination layer that translates business goals into actionable growth initiatives.
- Ensure regional teams execute consistently while adapting to local market needs.
- Build and standardize workflows that support rapid international expansion and multi‑product growth.
- Remove inefficiencies and bottlenecks across global growth operations.
- Work closely with Product to shape features that improve global user experience, liquidity, and trading depth.
- Coordinate with BD and Ops on listings, campaigns, partnerships, and liquidity programs across regions.
Skills and experience includes
- Relevant experience in growth, business operations, strategy, or related functions and with 3+ years in leadership roles within fast‑growing tech, fintech, or crypto companies.
- Comfortable operating in high‑velocity, ambiguous, and globally distributed environments
- Proven ability to support multi‑region or multi‑product operations.
