about the job
Lead the development and execution of sustainable sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
Oversee and support sales managers to ensure timely and effective achievement of individual and team KPIs.
Guide the team in delivering supply chain solutions that meet customer requirements with a strong focus on service excellence.
Formulate and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s growth objectives and long-term vision.
Identify and acquire new business(s) to expand the revenue base.
skills and experience required
- Preferably at least 7 years of sales management experience in logistics industry
