As part of their strategic expansion into high-growth markets, they are seeking a Head of Users Growth & Acquisition in a fully remote capacity.
This key leadership role will be focused on driving retail revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s retail user base across the assigned region.
About the Role
Reporting to the COO, your responsibilities will include:
- Design and execute a performance-driven growth strategy targeting retail users across key markets.
- Build and scale acquisition channels including affiliate programs, referrals, content marketing, community-led initiatives, and messaging platforms.
- Optimize onboarding funnels to improve sign-up to first-trade conversion rates.
- Develop engagement loops through gamification, rewards, and habit-forming features to drive retention.
- Leverage data insights such as cohort analysis, CAC/LTV modeling, and A/B testing to inform growth decisions.
- Localize acquisition strategies based on cultural insights and trading behaviors unique to regional markets.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven track record in scaling B2C user bases for consumer-facing digital platforms.
- Strong experience in performance marketing, funnel optimization, and data-driven growth strategies.
