- Maintain and align regional security policies with local regulations (e.g., MAS, HKMA, LFSA).
- Coordinate security audits and support remediation efforts across APAC branches.
- Review IT/network/security designs to ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Conduct technology and third-party risk assessments.
- Monitor open risk issues and drive closure with IT and business stakeholders.
- Run regional security awareness programs.
- Develop, test, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
- Support Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), DR planning, and regulatory continuity requirements.
- Provide dashboards and updates on security and continuity metrics.
skills and experience required
5+ years in InfoSec, risk, or business continuity roles in financial services. Familiar with APAC regulatory requirements (MAS, HKMA, etc.).
Experience with BCP, DR testing, and security risk reviews. Strong stakeholder management skills.
Certifications like CISM, CISA, ISO 22301, or equivalent preferred.
