We are currently seeking an Infrastructure Specialist on a 1-year contract basis. In this individual contributor role, you will focus on ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and supporting cloud-based systems. You will work alongside a diverse team to implement and manage infrastructure solutions, monitor system performance, and resolve technical issues. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys troubleshooting and system optimisation.

skills and experience required
Proven experience or certifications in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong understanding of system administration, troubleshooting, and hardware support
Experience in managing IT equipment procurement, installation, and configuration
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing vendor relationships
Familiarity with networking concepts and experience in IT asset management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to solve complex problems
Good communication and organisational skills
Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Active Directory is advantageous
A proactive mindset with a customer-oriented approach to service delivery
