about the job
This role involves managing the issuance and placement of new business policies across various insurance partners and promptly updating all transactions into the system to maintain accurate and current records. You will also be responsible for ensuring proper documentation and records of policies are maintained in full compliance with company and industry standards, and managing and responding to emails and phone inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders. Ad hoc administrative tasks will also be assigned. You will gain direct exposure to dealing with major insurance companies and customers, with opportunities to learn beyond Motor Insurance, including commercial and personal lines.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of administrative experience in a similar environment or set up. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, combined with good interpersonal and communication skills, are essential prerequisites for this role. Candidates with no prior experience in the insurance or automotive industry are also welcome to apply, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
