Part of the group audit function focused on enhancing risk management frameworks and internal control systems
- Execute comprehensive internal audits and specialized reviews to evaluate governance and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop practical recommendations for process and control improvements.
- Maintain rigorous documentation standards to ensure all audit findings are supported by clear evidence.
- Monitor the implementation of audit actions to ensure the timely resolution of identified risks.
- Support management in addressing ad-hoc inquiries from internal stakeholders and local regulators.
skills and experience required
- Relevant professional certification such as CIA, CPA, CA, or CISA.
- Proven internal audit experience within financial services, specifically in private banking or wealth management.
- Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements and international internal auditing standards.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to provide clear insights to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills
