The company is seeking a data-driven and entrepreneurial International Marketing Manager to lead its expansion and performance marketing efforts for the US markets from its Singapore office.
In this role, the manager will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and launching targeted campaigns that accelerate client acquisition and growth in the US. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong, hands-on experience in performance media, demand generation, and international market entry.
US Market Expansion: The manager will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for the US market by collaborating closely with sales, product, and leadership teams. This person will identify, evaluate, and prioritize digital channels to drive awareness and lead generation.
Performance Marketing Execution: The individual will plan, manage, and optimize paid performance campaigns across a variety of platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, programmatic). The manager will also conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to maximize ROAS and conversion rates.
Content & Messaging Localization: The successful candidate will collaborate with content and creative teams to localize messaging and build compelling ad creatives and landing pages tailored to the US audience. This person will ensure all communication aligns with the brand's tone, business objectives, and cultural context.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: The manager will work closely with client acquisition, sales, and partnerships teams to drive qualified leads and market entry momentum. This person will also collaborate with data and analytics teams to ensure accurate performance tracking and campaign attribution.
Reporting & Insights: The individual will own the end-to-end performance reporting and deliver actionable insights on campaign effectiveness. The manager will provide strategic recommendations based on data to improve future campaigns and audience targeting.
skills and experience required
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
4–8 years of experience in digital marketing in the US, with at least 3 years in performance marketing roles.
Proven experience planning and executing paid media campaigns in the US market.
A strong understanding of demand generation, lead nurturing, and B2B or high-consideration B2C funnels.
Hands-on expertise with platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and CRM systems.
Exceptional analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with strong experience in interpreting test results and drawing conclusions.
Strong project management skills with experience collaborating across time zones.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
