• Accurate and efficient processing of incoming shipments
• Responsible for maintaining an organized stockroom and inventory levels in line with company standards.
• Responsible for all stock documentation and system management.
• Assist the sales team by ensuring merchandise on the sales floor is consistently restocked.
• Ensure all products are tagged and stored properly
• Conduct scheduled inventory and cycle counts
• Ensure the stockroom and back-of-house areas are kept clean and organized.
• Work closely with retail staffs to ensure products are available when needed
• Responsible for investigating and reporting stock discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution through proper documentation
• Conduct regular and ad-hoc stock takes to ensure accurate inventory counts.
• Maintain accountability for inventory accuracy and support loss prevention initiatives

skills and experience required

• At least have relevant background
• Ability to multi-task to meet demand of high demand shipment weekly.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment.
• Good verbal and written communication
