This is a critical, hands-on role where you will serve as a vital link between the front office, technology, and external partners to manage the entire post-trade lifecycle.

• Manage the transaction lifecycle, including trade capture, affirmation, clearing, settlement, and reconciliations across multiple asset classes.
• Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end post-trade processes for Fixed Income, Futures, Options, and Interest Rate Swaps
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., clearing houses, brokers) to resolve operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and technology to support business growth.
• Utilize data analysis tools to develop performance dashboards and metrics that support key business decisions.

skills and experience required

• Ideally 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within the financial services industry, specifically in operations processing

• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income and Interest Rate products and their post-trade lifecycles

• Good communcation and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
