To strengthen its capital markets engagement, the organisation is hiring an Investor Relations Manager to elevate its communication with analysts, institutional investors, and the broader financial community.
About the role
- Develop and execute the company’s investor relations strategy in alignment with corporate objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, fund managers, and research houses
- Lead the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, investor decks, Q&A scripts, and market updates
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and site visits across global markets
- Monitor analyst coverage, consensus estimates, and market sentiment to provide timely insights to senior leadership
- Support the preparation of annual reports, sustainability reports, and regulatory disclosures
- Ensure compliance with SGX listing rules, corporate governance standards, and disclosure requirements
- Provide insights to senior management on investor feedback, market expectations, and emerging risks
- Work closely with corporate communications on media messaging, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement
Skills and experience required
- Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation, and corporate reporting
- Experience in engineering, energy, industrials, infrastructure, or related sectors is highly advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for external stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities with confidence engaging senior leadership and institutional investors
