As an IT Business Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business requirements and technology solutions within the bank’s core banking environment. You will be responsible for analysing business needs, designing functional solutions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver system enhancements and integration projects.This role will see you leading requirement workshops, documenting functional specifications, and ensuring that system changes align with business and regulatory expectations. You will also work closely with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive project delivery, system testing, user training, and production releases.
A strong background in core banking systems, especially in areas such as Client Output Management, Trade Lifecycle, Payments, and Account Statements will be essential to excel in this position.
