- Participate in the full SDLC life cycle of regional front-office systems.
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions, managing enhancement requests from initial discussion to deployment.
- Collaborate with internal technology partners, including infrastructure, application support, and security teams, to identify root causes and resolve system issues effectively.
- Support regional users and contribute to operational stability, including potential participation in early-shift or rotational support schedules once trained.
skills and requirements
- Min 5 years’ experience. Preferably in investment banking, securities trading, or capital markets domain
- Knowledge of sell-side cash equity brokerage business
- Experience to work on equity OMS (order management system) and EMS (execution management system)
- Experience to handle FIX protocol
- Skilled in C#, .NET/Python/Java, Oracle and SQL
