About the job

Reporting to the CEO s, your role involves:

Develop and Champion the Digital Strategy: Create, communicate, and execute a multi-year IT and digitization roadmap that supports the company's strategic goals, including the adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Lead, mentor, and manage a lean IT team
Leading IT Digital / ERP Yardi project, increasing utilization of new project
Identifying suitable technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation to improve business efficiency for both corporate users and operation staff

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in ERP. Proven experience in successfully developing and executing a digitization roadmap or digital transformation initiatives is required for this role.

You will have at least 8 years of experience in senior business stakeholder management. C
