- Co-manage regional IT strategy and serve as the primary technical expert for sales and business expansion.
- Provide essential support for customer cybersecurity inquiries and enforce foundational Cybersecurity requirements on all systems.
- Lead on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of specialized healthcare software. Must perform software interfacing and continuous preventive maintenance.
- Conduct comprehensive end-user and administrator training; resolve recurring issues to guarantee high customer satisfaction.
