Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring effective daily operations.
Manage and maintain network, servers, systems, and end-user devices.
Administer ERP systems (SAP B1 preferred; SAP HANA or other ERP acceptable).
Develop and maintain SQL scripts for reporting and integrations.
Oversee cloud services and security measures.
Plan and execute IT projects from initiation to delivery.
Ensure system performance, backups, and disaster recovery readiness.

Skills and experience required

Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 15 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong technical skills in infrastructure, cloud, SQL scripting, and ERP systems.
Proven track record in IT project management.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
