Your role involves:
- Planning and designing infrastructure solutions for accurate service efficiency and effectivenes
- Managing the IT team. This includes hiring, assigning of work, performance review and etc
- Actively support vital cybersecurity initiatives, including phishing simulations, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks.
- Creating Business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Establishing service level management practices to ensure that the level of service from internal and external service providers are defined
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 7 years of experience in Infrastructure (Servers and networks).
Exposure to security will be of added advantage.
