about the job:
This is a dual-function role designed for a proactive individual who enjoys a mix of technical troubleshooting and corporate office management. You will be the "go-to" person for ensuring business continuity and a seamless workplace experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for end-user IT issues, including hardware, networking, software installation, and secure cloud-based applications.
- Monitoring on-site server rooms, networking switches, and power backup systems to ensure 100% uptime.
- Driving the adoption of new digital tools and AI initiatives within the office, while managing corporate digital displays and web platforms.
- Acting as a key point of contact for office maintenance, vendor management, and health & safety (Fire Warden) protocols.
- Assisting with administrative workflows such as employee onboarding/offboarding, invoice processing, and managing corporate distribution lists.
skills and experience required:
- Diploma or ITE certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 11, Office 365, and SharePoint. Familiarity with Citrix environments is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to manage office facilities and administrative tasks alongside technical duties.
