We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead IT projects within the banking back-office domain, focused on either CASA (Current & Savings Accounts) or Customer Onboarding & Static Data. You'll manage end-to-end project delivery, ensure stakeholder alignment, and drive smooth implementation of core systems.
- Lead and manage IT projects in either CASA or Customer Onboarding areas.
- Define project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Track progress, risks, and issues; implement corrective actions.
- Oversee testing, migration, and production handover.
- Drive change management and ensure business adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project outcomes with business goals.
- Manage project budgets and reporting.
Skills and experience required

CASA
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CASA operations: account opening, maintenance, deposits, withdrawals, interest calculation, etc.
- Familiarity with Time Deposit, FX, SWIFT messaging, and reconciliation.
- Experience with Flexcube is a plus.
Customer Onboarding / Static Data
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer data processes, including onboarding, KYC, data quality, and compliance.
- Familiar with SWIFT routing, customer notifications, and static data systems.
- Experience with Oracle Parties and system design is advantageous.
