My client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager (CRM / Sales Tech Knowledge) to support and drive enhancements across regional customer platforms, with a strong emphasis on commercial software like B2B CRM, Salesforce, SFA, and Distributor Management Systems.
This regional role requires a candidate who can effectively bridge wholesaler, consumer group, marketing stakeholders, and technical development teams. The ideal candidate will act as a product and feature enhancement specialist, ensuring alignment across functions while delivering impactful digital marketing solutions. Act as the primary IT point of contact for projects within the region, especially integration technologies (SOAP/REST APIs) and ERP systems to understand how front-end systems connect to the back-end.

- Translate local business needs into technical requirements that align with the global product roadmap.
- Resolve conflicts between local business needs and global IT system limits.
- Lead the successful roll-out and adoption of new global digital products (e.g., CRM/SFA solutions) across APAC affiliates.
- Gather and synthesize user insights to inform future product enhancement and functionality improvements.
- Design and execute comprehensive change management plans, including local impact assessments, training programs, and communication strategies, to maximize end-user adoption rates.
- Serve as the strategic interface between regional commercial stakeholders and the global technology organization/vendors (e.g., Salesforce.com).
- Qualify and diagnose business incidents using functional expertise before routing them efficiently to the appropriate technical support teams (including the Middle East support center).
- Provide ongoing technical and functional support for critical local/legacy applications like Trade Promotions Management, SFA and A&P Management etc
- Collect and consolidate key metrics to report on the financial and operational value delivered by digital products at the affiliate level.
skills and experience required
Proven experience implementing and supporting IT solutions for the Commercial function, ideally within the beverage or consumer goods industry.
Strong understanding of sales processes, including on-trade and off-trade. Mastery of adoption and change management methods and tools.
Experience implementing B2B CRM, SFA, Distributor Management System, and Customer Portal solutions.
Solid understanding of Salesforce.com, Service Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud.
