Lead ERP Projects & Support: Manage the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT application projects, especially SAP implementations
Reporting & Analytics: Develop and optimize Power BI and Workiva reports/dashboards to support financial reporting and decision-making.
Collaboration & Liaison: Coordinate with external service providers and serve as the main liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors for system requirements and issue alignment.
Documentation & Training: Create system documentation (processes, guides) and conduct user training to maximize effective utilization of financial systems and tools.
System Oversight: Monitor performance, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

skills and experience required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Proven experience in ERP system implementation especially SAP and configuring financial modules.
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for report generation and validation.
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS).
Expertise in financial consolidation, reporting, regulatory compliance, and core financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Financial Close).
