- Service Delivery Leadership: Direct teams responsible for the maintenance and delivery of application, cloud, and on-premises infrastructure services.
- Strategic Optimization: Design and implement processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all service delivery functions, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Client Partnership: Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, conducting performance reviews, addressing concerns, and providing strategic technology guidance.
- Team Development: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration within your teams, providing strong mentorship and development opportunities.
- Technical Stewardship: Provide expert technical guidance and stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to ensure solution integrity.
- Financial Oversight: Manage service delivery budgets, identify cost optimization opportunities, and report on key performance indicators.
Your Profile:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT service delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Demonstrated success in managing complex IT environments and delivering services to both public and private sector clients.
- Certifications: ITIL v4 Foundation (essential), ITIL v4 Managing Professional (preferred). Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are highly advantageous. Project Management (PMP) certification is a strong plus.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Proven ability to thrive and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, demanding environment. Solid understanding of IT security best practices.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with IT governance and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
