Our client is a well established MNC with over 30 years of experience who is a market leader within their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring an experienced IT Service Management Lead to join their team.
About the job
Champion Our Service Platform: You'll own and administer our core ESM platform ([e.g. ServiceNow, Jira) transforming it from a ticketing system into the central nervous system of our company's operations.
Be a Process Innovator: Drive the continuous improvement of our core service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge) and design new, efficient workflows for other business units.
Bridge Business and Technology: Partner directly with stakeholders in HR, Finance, Legal, and other departments to understand their unique challenges, translating their needs into elegant and automated solutions on the ESM platform.
Turn Data into Action: Provide clear visibility into service performance, identify bottlenecks, and guide our strategic decisions for improvement.
Automate and Optimize: Proactively identify opportunities to eliminate manual tasks and introduce intelligent automation, freeing up our teams to focus on high-value work.
Empower Your Colleagues: Create and maintain a robust knowledge base and act as a trusted advisor, training and empowering our employees to get the most out of our service tools.
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in IT Service management / ITSM. Exposure to engaging with business stakeholders is required for this role.
Experience in implementation and continuous enhancement of ITSM processes
Exposure to ServiceNow, Remedy, BMC or Jira will be highly preferred.
