We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on the IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite. You'll be a key player in translating business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration, and maintaining the integrity of our ServiceNow environment.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, with a strong emphasis on ITOM modules.
• Design, develop, and implement innovative ServiceNow solutions, leveraging platform capabilities to meet business needs.
• Configure core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), and CSM, to support essential IT and business processes.
• Proven experience in configuring ServiceNow workflows, forms, and user management (groups, users, roles, ACLs).
• Deep understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, and script includes.
• A strong grasp of scripting languages like JavaScript is beneficial.
• Relevant certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
