Lead the technical design and implementation of AI solutions.
Provide hands-on direction to engineers across the full development lifecycle.
Translate requirements into technical specifications and development plans.
Establish engineering standards for quality, testing, documentation, and CI/CD.
Ensure production system stability, define monitoring, and own risk mitigation.
Mentor engineers and drive upskilling in full-stack development and AI integration.

skills and requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field like Computer Science or AI.
Min 7 years of hands-on software/AI experience, with 2-3 years in a technical lead role.
Expertise in Python, TypeScript/NodeJS, and SQL across the full stack.
Experience with LLM-based systems and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
Hands-on experience with scalable cloud deployments on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Familiarity with LLMOps/GenAIOps, MLOps, and DevSecOps practices.
