- Managing a small tech team of 4
- Spearhead the development, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of all core backend systems.
- Assess current processes and systems across the organization to pinpoint areas ripe for efficiency gains and re-engineering.
- Partner with stakeholders across all business units to grasp operational requirements and customize technical solutions that boost productivity and data accuracy.
- Maintain domain expertise by staying current on industry best practices and emerging technologies in business systems and optimization.
skills and requirements
- Min 5 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience in programming and system development using technologies such as Java, C, C#, .Net, or JavaScript.
- Experience across the full SDLC
- Finance domain knowledge is a plus, including a strong understanding of the terminology used by the finance and accounting team, such as AP, AR etc.
