Join a dynamic team as a Senior Learning & Development Consultant in MacPherson on a 2-year contract to drive capability building and leadership growth across the region.

• Partner with regional HR leaders and key stakeholders to develop and execute targeted annual learning roadmaps.
• Design, develop, and deliver impactful soft-skills and blended learning programmes applying modern adult-learning principles.
• Oversee regional learning operations, including vendor management, procurement processes, and budget tracking.
• Leverage learning analytics and AI-enabled tools to evaluate programme outcomes and enhance participant experience.
• Localize global leadership and high-potential talent development initiatives across the ASEAN region.

skills and experience required.

• Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant L&D experience.
• Proven track record in designing and facilitating soft-skills learning solutions within a large regional or matrixed environment.
• Strong project management capabilities, with experience in vendor management, procurement, and budget oversight.
• Familiarity with learning management systems, digital tools, and learning analytics to drive insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a willingness to travel within ASEAN as needed.
